Plant vs. Zombies is all about defending your home from zombies. The only defense you have to protect yourself from Zombies is through plants, such as cherry bombs and peashooters, to help you fight the zombies. All you need to do is plant faster before the zombies advance. The game has four modes: adventure, survival, Puzzle, and Mini-games. You must overcome the creeping fog, the swimming pool, and the setting sun as you battle the Zombies.

Plants vs. Zombies is about defending your home from a Zombie attack using plants. The Zombies will match your home in a parallel line. You have to put down plants to stop the Zombies strategically. The plants will defend your home by firing projectiles, exploding, or blocking.

A dancing zombie will protect itself by calling other dancers to surround himself. The Dolphin rider zombie will evade plants by jumping over them by riding a dolphin.

You can use the' Sun' coins to purchase as many plants as possible. At the beginning of each level, you purchase the seed packets for different types of plants. Sun coins are collected by tapping on sun icons over the lawn. You can also get them through Sunflowers and Sun-shrooms.

Different types of plants have different recharging speeds. You use a shovel to remove plants and plant others. A lawnmower is placed at the end of each lane that you can use once to kill all zombies on the lane. Once the lawnmower has been used, plants or zombies will get through, and you must restart the level.

Once you complete adventure mode, you can progress to other modes such as Mini-games, Survival, or Puzzle. Each mode has its gameplay mechanisms with unique challenges. Adventure has five stages with ten levels each. In Mini-games, you can choose from 20 mini-games to play.

In Puzzle, you have two levels, i.e., Vasebreaker and (I, zombie). Survival mode has various levels where you select plants to use on challenging Zombies.

1. Make Good of Sunflowers

Sunflowers are essential to generating sun that you can spend on plants. However, it will be limited during night levels. I recommend you dedicate one row to planting sunflowers at the beginning of every level.

Sunflowers will generate sunshine that you can use on plants, creating a defense against zombies. Only spend on expensive plants once you have planted five sunflowers. You can also upgrade them to twin Sunflowers for extra sunshine.

2. Plant Evenly and Strategically

As the level begins, you still determine where zombies will advance from and the lane. To prevent zombies from reaching your house, set plants symmetrically. The front defensive line should be on the 4th column starting from the left.

At this distance, plants like peashooters will fire at zombies without being eaten. Also, try to know the approaching zombie to plant the right plants.

3. Be Prepared with Emergency Plant Varieties.

Ensure you are equipped with emergency plants such as Cherry bombs, Jalapenos, squash, or tangle kelp. At least, at every level, depending on the danger, equip yourself with one of these plants. For example, Jalapenos kill Zombies in an entire lane.

4. Equip Yourself with Many Shrooms

Shrooms are important during the night as they don’t require sunshine. Stock many Puff-shrooms or Sea-shrooms when you are entering night levels. Puff shrooms regenerate quickly, and you can put down two in a single wave.

5. Use One Peashooter Per Level.

Peashooters are important on the initial levels of the Plant vs. Zombie game. Save space you can use on other plants by planting many peashooters. Use other cheap alternatives to save for the repeaters, Threepeater, or the Gatling that shoots four peas.
